Cancelled bookings are not eligible to earn Comocredits. If you cancel your cruise booking, any pending ComoCredits associated with the booking will not be awarded. Cancellation fees may also apply.
Cancellation and Comocredits
If your cruise booking is cancelled, you will not earn any Comocredits for that booking.
Any Comocredits that are pending credit at the time of cancellation will be forfeited and will not be added to your Comoclub account.
Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of USD 50 per person will apply to cruise bookings cancelled by the Comoclubber.
You may also be charged additional cancellation fees imposed by the cruise provider, depending on the terms and conditions of your booking and the cruise line's cancellation policy.
