Comocredits are awarded after your cruise is completed. Eligible Comocredits will be credited to your Comoclub account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of your cruise, not when you make or pay for your booking.
Crediting Timeline
If your cruise booking qualifies for Comocredits, your credits will be added to your Comoclub account within 6 to 8 weeks after your cruise has been completed.
Credits are not awarded at the time of booking or payment. The crediting process begins only after your cruise journey has ended and eligibility has been verified.

- Please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks after your cruise ends for the credits to appear in your Comoclub account.
